Woodstone is a private residential community in the woods and along the Crystal River. It was developed by Woodstone Partners, LLC (The Homestead Resort) and incorporated as a site condominium in 2000. Located off Lake Street in Glen Arbor, midway between Lake Michigan and Glen Lake, Woodstone is adjacent to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and a short walk to the town of Glen Arbor.

The community is governed by a Board of Directors elected by owners comprising the Woodstone Condominium Association. A Master Deed with Bylaws provides the governing document for the Board.
