About Woodstone

Sale of Woodstone units began in 2001. For construction of their houses, owners select their own builders and choose from architectural plans provided by the Developer. Woodstone consists of five neighborhoods: Crystal Bend, Deer Park, Frog Pond, Pine Trace, and Twisted Oak. ( See map.) Architectural plans vary within and among these neighborhoods.

There are 93 home sites. Currently 61 of these sites have homes built or are under construction. At any given time, homes or sites are for resale. Several owners reside year-round in Woodstone and others are in residence on a seasonal basis.

The Architecture of Woodstone

The architectural design of the buildings at Woodstone can be described as "country casual". The different, yet similar neighborhoods, are intended to invoke reflection of traditional values and memories of the summers of our youth.

The balanced symmetry is quietly dynamic. The open floor plans encourage family gatherings. Window configurations and comfortable decks reinforce the connection between indoors and outdoors.

Materials and color palettes have been carefully selected to reinforce the tranquility of an informal lifestyle. Trees have been saved wherever possible to preserve the dancing shadows and rays of filtered sunlight.

Peace of mind and renewal of spirit are the goals of the Woodstone experience.

Amenities for common use within Woodstone include walking paths, a park, a pond with dock and swimming beach, and extensive woods.
